SHIPPING
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days after being placed.
- You may experience some delay in order processing and shipping during holidays and sale period. We will do our best to process your order as quickly as possible.
- Standard shipping is $4.99.
- We offer FREE standard shipping for orders that are $45 or more.
The estimated delivery times after your order has been processed are:
- North America: 7 - 15 days
- Europe: 7 - 15 days
- Australia: 7 - 10 days
- Japan: 7 - 10 days
We will select the most suitable logistics provider based on your delivery region. Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days after shipment. However, some orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information will be updated within 24 hours of shipment.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please send us an email to Support@ShinyWalk.com as soon as possible so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we won't be able to change the address.
You will only be charged once for shipping and handling. If your order includes backordered items, they will be shipped separately at no extra cost. All backordered items will be delivered via Standard Shipping.
Possibly. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes may be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are applied to your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you will be responsible for the following:
- The original and return shipping charges.
- Any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges incurred for both the original and return shipments.
Refunds for refused packages may take additional processing time due to the return and inspection process. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Lost Packages: If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Of course! We hope you love what you purchased. But in case you don't, you have up to 30 days from the delivery date to request a return online. For hygiene and health reasons, all returned items must be unworn and in saleable condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.
- Products must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order's delivery date.
To return your item(s), follow these steps:
- Email us at support@shinywalk.com with your name and order number.
- Wait for our email with your return authorization and return label.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns unless ShinyWalk.com has sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item.
- Once your return is received and processed, we will email you a refund notification.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 3-5 business days.
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.
